This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all activities operated by Adventures In Movement And Breath Ltd (“Company”). By registering for any of our retreats or teacher training sessions (“Programmes”), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
**1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS**
1.1. The terms and conditions set forth in this document govern your participation in any Programmes provided by the Company.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
**2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT**
2.1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the Programme.
2.2. The remaining balance is due by a specified date prior to the commencement of the Programme. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your spot.
2.3. All fees are payable in the currency specified on the website or promotional materials.
**3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY**
3.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform the Company in writing as soon as possible.
3.2. The deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made by certain days before the Programme, partial refunds of the remaining balance may be available, as stated in the Programme’s specific refund policy.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel any Programme. In this instance, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer to another Programme.
**4. PROGRAMME CHANGES**
4.1. The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the Programme’s dates, venues, or instructors at any time without prior notice.
**5. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE**
5.1. Participation in any Programme involves certain risks and is undertaken at your own risk. The Company will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Programme.
5.2. It is recommended that you have comprehensive travel, medical, and cancellation insurance to cover your participation in the Programme.
**6. HEALTH AND SAFETY**
6.1. Participants must declare any known medical conditions or health issues at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if it’s deemed detrimental to the health and safety of the participant or others.
**7. CODE OF CONDUCT**
7.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. The Company reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the Programme if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
**8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY**
8.1. All content and materials provided during the Programmes are the intellectual property of the Company or the respective holders. Reproduction, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited without written permission from the Company.
**9. DATA PROTECTION**
9.1. By registering for the Programme, you agree that the Company can store and use your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
**10. GOVERNING LAW**
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
