Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. **Non-refundable Deposit**: Adventures In Movement And Breath Ltd (the Company) requires a deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. This is because the Company may have already incurred costs in reserving accommodation, instructors, and other arrangements for the retreat.

2. **Partial Refund**: If the cancellation occurs 60 days before the start of the retreat, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be given.

3. **Late Cancellation**: If the cancellation occurs within 60 days, there will be no refund available other than in exceptional circumstances. This is because, by this time, the Company is unlikely to be able to fill the space with another participant and will have incurred most of the costs.

4. **Cancellation by the Company**: If the Company cancels the event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a different retreat.

5. **Insurance Recommendation**: It is recommended that participants purchase travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage to recover costs in case they need to cancel for reasons beyond their control.
