Gray is a certified Qigong coach who uses Oxygen Advantage™ breathwork to improve health and fitness through focusing strength and relaxation in movement.

You'll practise breathwork, intermittent fasting, the keto diet, enjoy the local cuisine, day excursions, and learn techniques on how to improve mind body connection and general wellbeing.

Our chosen resort is located in Naxos Island in Greece, the biggest of the Cycladic islands and very near to Santorini, Mykonos and Paros. 

Naxos is famous for amazing food and unspoiled sandy beaches!

Hidden Hill is an estate with two separate villas and a swimming pool. Is a carefully designed and wholeheartedly built summer resort with two secluded villas on a hill top with view of the sea. Modern architecture, simplicity and nature set up an authentic easy living getaway. 

Kastraki beach is a long approximately 3km sandy beach, still untouched, with turquoise waters. This beach has safe waters and is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and long beach walks.

Here you can enjoy one of the most romantic and majestic sunsets on the island with the sun setting behind the mountains of Paros Island.

The area is ideal for relaxing, walking, jogging, mountain biking, yoga, windsurf, kite surf, swimming, snorkelling or just as the base for your daily excursions to the rest of the beautiful places of Naxos. 

Heading more to the south part of the island you can reach a number of remote, unspoiled and stunning beaches like Alyko, Hawaii and Pyrgaki.

The unique Cedar Forest at Alyko is an environmentally protected area with marvellous sand dunes that spread all over the area and create an exotic landscape!

Hiking on Zas Mountain, Winery Tour, Traditional Villages

Your retreat includes an early-morning 2-hour sunrise hiking at the top of the mountain where the God Zeus was born with a view to the whole Aegean sea.

You'll also enjoy a winery tour where you'll learn about local products, wine and cheese. You'll get time too to soak up the atmosphere of traditional picturesque villages along the way.

Panagiotis, the founder of ketOntrack, is passionate about health and helping people around the world to get back on track.

With over 10-years experience leading adventure holidays and retreats in health and fitness, Gray is a personal trainer, running coach, and breath-worker with a master certification in the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko methods. He is also a teacher of Qigong, training with Lee Holden and enjoying the mentorship of Dr Larry Cammarata.

Gray is the founder and director of Adventures In Movement & Breath.
