The ultimate escape to nature in the beautiful surroundings of Loch Long, Scotland.
Practise the ancient healing art of Qigong, Oxygen Advantage breathwork, and fun animal flow movement.
Enjoy guided forest walks, optional trail runs, outdoor sauna and cold water dips in the Loch.
During the forest walks you will learn mindfulness based skills that will evoke a sense of presence that is greatly enhanced within nature.
These skills will allow you to cultivate awareness that can be taken home and used every day to help boost mood and reduce stress.
The experience starts at 3 pm Friday 17 June and concludes after lunch on Sunday 19.
All meals are included and freshly prepared with the finest of ingredients each day by our in-house nutritionalist, Margaret Ritchie.
You have a choice of single or double rooms all with shared shower and toilet facilities.

If you're like me then you love nothing better than to get outside when you can and explore. I find that if I need a bit of a motivational boost – to get that feeling of true contentment, then to be outdoors running, walking, playing is where I need to be.
I believe that health and vitality is optimised by efficient breathing, a focused mind, and body awareness. This allows you to tap into your natural, intuitive flow of breath, energy, and movement.
With over 10 years experience leading adventure holidays and retreats in health and fitness, I'm a personal trainer, running coach, and breath-worker with a master certification in the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko methods. I’m also a teacher of Qigong, training with Lee Holden and enjoying the mentorship of Dr Larry Cammarata.
I'm founder and director of Adventures In Movement & Breath.
I'm an Oxygen Advantage instructor, with a specialised interest in heart rate variability. I'm also the founder of Performance Breathworks.
I have been working in the outdoor health and wellness industry for 20 years and helped thousands of children and adults become more resilient and achieve their goals through a variety of activities.
Currently I work with, corporates, professional and amateur sport, schools, and individuals as well as organising and leading retreats and adventure holidays.
