Gray Caws is a firm believer that optimal mental and physical health can be achieved through efficient breathing, a focused mind, and body awareness. As a specialist personal trainer, running coach, and breath coach from the UK, Gray is a master in the Oxygen Advantage® and Buteyko methods.

With training from globally-renowned coaches like Patrick McKeown (breath), Lee Holden (meditation, tai chi, and qigong), and Danny Dreyer (ChiRunning), Gray has honed his craft and is an expert in his field.

He has had the privilege of guiding breathwork sessions on the ASICS Movement For Mind programme, working closely with prominent mental health researcher, Dr. Brendon Stubbs.
