Your training will feature Gray’s extensive knowledge and experience with functional movement and Oxygen Advantage breathwork in a format that will be easily accessible whatever your current health and fitness level.

With the understanding that, “If breathing is not normalized, no other movement pattern can be (Karel Lewit)”, you will explore the physiology and biomechanics of breathing, which are integral to health, wellbeing, and vitality.

Gray’s teachings are put into practice through playful functional movement, gentle stretching, strength work, and simple qigong (mindful movement) patterns specifically designed for everyday life as well as sports performance – lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, hiking, and running with ease rather than effort.

If you’re like me then you love nothing better than to get outside when you can and explore.

I find that if I need a bit of a motivational boost  – to get that feeling of true contentment, then to be outdoors running, walking, playing is where I need to be.

I founded Adventures In Movement & Breath in 2015.

I’m a personal trainer with over 10-years coaching experience, running coach, and breathworker with a master certification in the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko methods.

I’m also a teacher of Qi Gong, training with Lee Holden and enjoying the mentorship of Dr Larry Cammarata.

I offering 1-2-1 Personal Coaching online via Zoom and I’m also available in-person in our training studio based in Hornsey, north London.”

We’ll take a look at how best to create a balanced lifestyle to bring about a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction in all areas of you life.

We’ll devise a structured programme together, making sure that we set aside quality time for you to dedicate to your practice.

We’ll focus on a common-sense approach, working with tried and tested science-based techniques.

We’ll keep it simple, with a clear intention, so that every stpe of the way you’ll have an understanding of ‘why’.

I’ll encourage you to explore, be curious and discover.
