You only get one body, use it, play with it, and enjoy it.
I have a keen interest in biomechanics and the way forces load and react on the body. The three-dimensional spider's web of bones, muscles, and fascia are the keys to comprehending and improving movement and strength. I encourage my clients to understand their own bodies, through self-awareness, and a tactile sense of

Elaine Jackson: Coach
With a background in dance teaching, I started running to enhance my fitness but very quickly realised it was more than that.
I found a sense of freedom and space, which was always welcome at the end of a day in school! Over the years I’ve taken part in various events from 5k to the London marathon in 2016, and subsequently qualified as a running coach in 2017.
My passion lies in helping others to progress, to achieve their own goals but more importantly, enjoy the journey along the way.
I first joined Gray on the Costa Brava Adventure in 2018 and I’m still telling everyone about it now!
Andrew Ritchie: Coach
I'm an Oxygen Advantage instructor, with a specialised interest in heart rate variability. I'm also the founder of Performance Breathworks and an AIM Run With Ease caoch
I have been working in the outdoor health and wellness industry for 20 years and helped thousands of children and adults become more resilient and achieve their goals through a variety of activities.
Currently I work with, corporates, professional and amateur sport, schools, and individuals as well as organising and leading retreats and adventure holidays.
Kevin Chamberlain: Coach
I started running when a friend challenged me to train to run the 2007 London marathon which initially amused most of my friends.
Whilst my first efforts were not a pretty sight, it kickstarted an interest in managing my health, fitness, and wellbeing. I had discovered how to get an amazing sense of freedom and self-worth.
I continued to run a marathon each year and with each year came a new injury that I would need to research and resolve.
I then attended a ChiRunning course with Gray Caws in 2011 which dramatically improved my running efficiency and stopped the injuries. I went on to train as a ChiRunning Instructor and an Oxygen Advantage Instructor to further my knowledge and to help others.
Seeing each run as part of a breath and movement practice was a revelation. I find a holistic practice combining running, functional movement and breathwork have a positive impact on my personal and working life.
I encourage clients to follow a similar approach using the AIM Run With Ease programme.
I currently run a regular running club in London and I teach the AIM Run With Ease programme to small groups and individuals – breathwork, postural structure and bio-mechanical efficiency.
